Jennifer L. Holland

A graduate of the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State (1993) and Amherst College (1990), Jennifer has been practicing law in Alaska since 1993. Previously focusing on domestic relations (another difficult time for most people and a leading cause of bankruptcy) and appellate work, she now focuses primarily on debtor bankruptcy. She was selected by Woodward/White Inc. for inclusion in the 2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Jennifer was a partner with Gruenberg, Clover & Holland before becoming a solo practitioner in 2004. She is committed to providing the highest quality legal representation to her clients and to handling each case professionally and with the utmost care.

THE STAFF

Our staff of three paralegals and receptionist works closely with our clients to assist them with their paperwork and the many issues that arise during the bankruptcy process. They are always willing to lend a sympathetic ear as well as their considerable expertise to the situation. Our office also works a great deal with creditors, which is a great benefit to clients as they prepare to file their bankruptcy cases.
